Embassy Suites Orlando-North Announces Sales Managers
Orlando, Fla. (April 3, 2014) — Christine Martinaitis and Sherry Joseph and have become sales managers at the Embassy Suites Orlando-North in Altamonte Springs, Fla. Their responsibilities involve attracting new corporate and leisure guests and maintaining current client relationships.
Martinaitis was promoted to sales manager, one of several promotions she has received since joining the hotel as guest service agent and night auditor in 2007. She moved into sales in 2011 and helped organize and schedule projects during the hotel’s $3 million renovation two years ago. Martinaitis started her hospitality career with Hilton Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
Joseph, who recently joined the Embassy Suites Orlando-North has more than 10 years’ experience in event planning, most recently as the sales manager and event designer for the Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry, Fla. She previously managed events for the University of Maryland’s Samuel Riggs Alumni Center in College Park, Md. and for Aramark Conference Service, National Labor College in Silver Spring, Md.
